Why can’t God forgive sin without the need for a sacrifice?

Hebrews 9:22  “Indeed, under the law almost everything is purified with blood, and without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness of sins.”

Romans 6:23 “For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

Galatians 3:13 “Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us—for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who is hanged on a tree”

1 Peter 2:24 “He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; by his wounds you have been healed.”
